HM Motorworks is driven by a passion for automotive excellence. Founded by Haleem Mediouni, HM Motorworks services and repairs high-end automobiles for car owners throughout the northeast United States.
Based in Southern New Hampshire, the company is staffed with top mechanic from Audi, BMW, Porsche, and other well-known brands. Their mission is to provide dealership-level expertise and amenities at a more affordable price point. On the surface, an automotive repair shop might seem more worried about transmission fluids than the transmitting of data, but HM Motorworks takes customer privacy very seriously.
The company also relies heavily on its IT systems to manage its accounting, log service records and communicate with customers. The automotive landscape is changing and vehicle repairs involving software repairs are becoming increasingly more common. A cyberattack that resulted in the loss of data or the loss of IT operability could be potentially devastating to any small business, including HM Motorworks.
