Rick is the chairman and co-founder of Privafy. He served as the chief executive officer of NXP Semiconductors from 2009 to May of 2020, growing its value from $1.5 billion to $49 billion during his tenure. Over the past ten years, Rick has guided NXP through four significant divestitures and mergers. He continues to serve NXP as a strategic advisor.

Before his time at NXP, Rick was the chief executive officer of Agere and was responsible for tripling its stock price in two years. Rick also served as the senior advisor of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, a leading private equity fund. Rick currently serves on the boards of Hewlett Packard and Aptiv.
